Natalie M. Richman is partner with Global Immigration Legal Team, practicing in all areas of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Natalie specializes in removal defense and family-based immigration. She has a broad range of experience in the immigration courts, where she represents clients in a variety of cases including asylum, cancellation of removal, bond, and waivers. Natalie has appeared in immigration courts around the country assisting detained clients with bond hearings and winning relief from deportation. She also practices before USCIS handling complicated family-based immigrant petitions and naturalization applications. Natalie has expertise in advising clients with criminal issues of potential immigration consequences and works to protect clients from deportation.
Prior to private law practice, Natalie worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as an Attorney Advisor in the Philadelphia Immigration Court. She was selected for the prestigious Attorney General’s Honors Program and served with the Executive Office of Immigration Review from 2015-2017.
Natalie received her J.D. from American University in Washington DC graduating magna cum laude in 2015. She graduated from Haverford College in 2009 where she studied political science. She is currently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Natalie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is fluent in Spanish.
