Kelsey Logar is an experienced immigration attorney and has represented clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and USCIS. Her areas of practice include immigrant and non-immigrant visas in employment-based (H1-B, TN, L-1A, O-1A, E-1, and PERM) and family-based immigration categories. This also includes experience with asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers (I-601, I-601A, and I-212), U-visas, requests under the Violence Against Women Act, naturalization, and Temporary Protected Status. Her litigation experience includes successful representation before the Immigration Court, USCIS, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), in addition to bond requests and representation for individuals in immigration detention. She also works with and advises U.S. and multinational companies and organizations to meet their employees’ immigration needs.
Kelsey graduated from Drexel University with both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Juris Doctor degree in a six-year accelerated BS/JD program. Prior to joining GILT, Kelsey worked as an Associate Attorney with the immigration law firm Surin & Griffin and served as the Thomas R. Kline School of Law Public Service Fellow at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society of Pennsylvania, (HIAS PA), a nonprofit that serves immigrants, refugees, and asylees. Kelsey is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey.
